All the listed parts were included along with a simple manual. Assembly is super easy, but first time connecting track pieces together can be a little tight. One thing I really like though is the ability to use 8 AA batteries for the smaller kids, instead of the wallwart power supply. But, when the bigger 'kids' want to pay, it is just a simple unplug the battery box and plug in the power supply and off to race. I had sets like these as a kid and wanted to introduce him to the fun. The set includes four licensed vehicles equipped with LED lights which really fly on the track. It's remote-control racing with dual power modes: electric or battery-operated, allowing flexibility when we play. The dog paw remote we didn't use because we only have cats. Assembling it was easy with plenty of track for various configurations including the loops.  This set makes a good investment for a rainy afternoon or time off the video games.
