It's super hard to get the pieces flushed with each other. It takes a lot of force and if you're not careful, it can bend. 2. Some of the metal track pieces where they co into a new square isn't even or wont let the car sit flush. It makes the car not want to move and you have to move it manually just an inch so it can start working again. 3. This toy combines fast moving shot cars with building blocks. The slot cars are really small. The tracks they run though is building block plates with area to build items on top. Because of this, the track is only 1 level, unlike traditional slot car sets that may contain a loop or a bridge. Small tradeoff in my opinion for more imaginative play. You get two cars and two remote. No mini-figures are included. The power source that connects to the track can be connected to a portable battery pack, AA batteries, or  a 5V 1A ac adapter (not included). This is also a very giftable item. The box is very beautiful with pictures of the product, not just a plain brown box.
