It\u2019s not super high quality for sure like Nerf but it\u2019s also a fraction of the price. I know my son will enjoy this and have fun with it regardless. It comes in a well packaged box and everything was there. It does take a bit of assembly but I find that my 13 year old son wants it that way. He also likes genetics more than name brand because a lot of the generics you can mix and match things like scopes, hand guards, front reserves, or even some silencers. The only tough spot was the force required to connect the fore end which younger children might need help assembling. The scope is pretty much cosmetic but does allow you to look through it. Range is about 35ft, and the accuracy was pretty good for a foam blaster. The shells are easy to load and the magazines pop in and out reliably. The stock maybe long for some kids to shoulder properly but it can be expanded larger for adults with the adjustment wheel. Assembly was straightforward, and it looks good in person. I could also see myself play hunting paper targets in the basement, if for nothing else than practicing shooting skills. I shot about 36 rounds so far to test for the review, and have had no issues yet, but will update the post if I come across problems.
