The only tough spot was the force required to connect the fore end which younger children might need help assembling. The scope is pretty much cosmetic but does allow you to look through it. Range is about 35ft, and the accuracy was pretty good for a foam blaster. The shells are easy to load and the magazines pop in and out reliably. The stock maybe long for some kids to shoulder properly but it can be expanded larger for adults with the adjustment wheel. It is plastic and light, of course, but the shape, feel, and action are great. It makes nerf gun fights feel much cooler to me, more realistic and immersive. Assembly was straightforward, and it looks good in person. I could also see myself play hunting paper targets in the basement, if for nothing else than practicing shooting skills. I shot about 36 rounds so far to test for the review, and have had no issues yet, but will update the post if I come across problems. It came in multiple pieces. There was a QR code that went to a YouTube video to show you how to assemble the gun. That was helpful. The gun itself is very powerful. The scope works. The kickstand sticks out when folded up. The gun shoots pretty straight. The bullets are shorter than normal nerf bullets.
