Best gun I've ever had!\"  The assembly was super easy, and comes with a screwdriver to attach the two parts together and with good illustrated instructions.  This rifle comes with 40 soft, suction cup tipped darts and 20 shells.  The soft darts are inserted into the shells and upon firing, the shells are ejected just like a real gun.  Five shells can be inserted at one time.  The pump action operates smoothly.  There is also a safety on this rifle, which is great! No creaks or squeaks. The grip fits my large adult male hands. The overall length of the gun fits me perfectly when adjusted all the way out. Putting together the gun was fairly easy and the directions saw us through this with very little problems.  Now, trying to get it loaded and operating was another story.  Got it loaded, but kept jamming up after we shot it. The shell was not ejecting.  What we found was we weren't loading the bullet flush with the shell.  After realizing that  everything worked well.  The younger kids couldn't utilize the pump action which is pretty stiff.  That upset them a bit but we'd get them set and they fired at the targets.  Older kids had a little bit of problems but got the hang of it.  The bullets fly out with a great deal of velocity and are fairly accurate.  This actually should be listed for a little older kids in my opinion just from the difficulty of the pump lever.
