This gun is pretty big though and it was too much for my 5 year old to do without help. The gun itself was easy to assemble, but I had an immediate concern and it proved to be correct.  The scope has a tightening bolt with a small plastic piece to secure and this broke within the first 4 hours or use :(  not impressed with that design.  Otherwise the quick loading mechanism and design is great.  Load the shells and the darts and you can very easily be ready to reload. There is a bi pod for stability but unfortunately ours broke within minutes. The toy was resting on the table and too much downward pressure was applied when ejecting the cartridge and one leg on the bi pod snapped in half. There are 20 cartridge cases, 40 soft bullets and 2 cartridge clips included. The scope is semi accurate but perfection wasn\u2019t expected. The bolt action and safety work well. There is also a muffle that attaches to end of barrel but it\u2019s not listed or shown in product description. The magazine uholds 4 cartridges at a time and each cartridge has to be ejected prior to the next one firing. There is a quick loader apparatus as well but it\u2019s just as quick and easy to do it by hand. It was intended for my grandson but it\u2019s a little big, heavy and cumbersome for him to handle at his age but he\u2019s having fun shooting it anyway. This product is at a bit of a higher price point but experience tells me you get what you pay for. Of course gun safety is being taught and reinforced with this product and I do recommend it. It looked cool and it IS cool. Everything on it is detailed and functional. The stock is adjustable, the scope works, though there's no easy way to adjust the aim, Loading the  ammo into magazines is great, the bolt action with shell ejection is great, The tiny little foam darts really fly and make a satisfying thwack when they stick, but are very light so it probably wouldn't hurt if a duel broke out some night or an innocent bystander was caught in the crossfire. Well-made and fun, it's pretty big. I thought there was a strap, there are points to mount one. You can focus the scope, it's just too bad there's no way to sight it in.
