This is a WHOLE SET, with everything you need for an IMPRESSIVELY ACCURATE & POWERFUL toy gun. I believe having the ejectable cartridge with a small hole in the back actually serves to focus the air pressure so you get a MUCH FARTHER SHOT. Wasn\u2019t particularly impressed with the scope, but there is a picatinny rail so I just added an old pellet gun scope instead. The loading tray with the charging handles is INGENIOUS, and actually quite pleasurable to use on its own. The stock folds over, the bolt could be a bit stronger but it is plastic so there is bound to be some play in there. All in all, I just wish anything NEAR THIS QUALITY was available when I was a kid. Well made, fun, safe, and did I mention fun? These are suction cup tipped bullets that are loaded into a casing, and when the bullet is shot, the casing comes out the side of the gun like a shotgun shell, and the bullet shoots. This was a fun rifle for my son. He enjoys that it is fairly accurate, the scope really works, and the suction cup tips stick fairly well. These are not compatible with Nerf bullets so just be aware before you order. I\u2019m not sure how easy it is to obtain extra bullets. The scope isn't really useful, but it looks nice and bolts on like a real one. The stock folds for storage, and the cheek rest and length of pull are easily adjusted. The coolest part is the magazine loading tool. First you load the darts and the casings. Then you push down and load the 8 darts into the casings. Then slide the side handle to load the cartridges 4 at a time into the magazine. Swap the magazines and load the last 4 for 2 full magazines. Insert a magazine into the rifle and cycle the bolt to load a cartridge. Switch off the safety, fire, and cycle the bolt to eject the casing and load a new cartridge. Pretty cool! Lots of fun to be had however as soon as my husband assembled it and pulled back the bold to cock the gun, the pull attachment snapped off and plastic went flying!! So it looks cool and mean and comes with two magazines, a magazine loader - which is really a neat idea, but could have been executed better.
