It all fits together nicely, and it is an added bonus that it is LEGO compatible so there are endless possibilities of what you could add on to this. Now, I had Life-Like tracks while I was growing up, so I was excited to try and share this with my boys. However, the contacts on the car are spotty at best, and after just a little bit of use it can wear a rut in the contactor so that it no longer connects to the track. So, that is a complete pain to try and deal with. Then, in my opinion, these cars are way too powerful for this small track. Even without using the turbo button on the controller if you give it full throttle these will go so fast that they\u2019ll fly off the track in a split second. Therefore it is nearly impossible to actually race on this track like I remember when I was a kid. So, overall, I do like the idea of this track, but I just don\u2019t feel like it\u2019s ready for prime time, especially at this price. And they also aren\u2019t the worst bricks or cars either\u2026probably somewhere middle of the line on both. That said, the fact that you can build this track, then add other brick sets onto it make it great!! If this set was made by another company that starts with the letter L, it would probably be $250, so at $100 it\u2019s quite a bargain in my mind. Unfortunately, this was a total disappointment.  While the packaging and marketing look amazing, the actual product is very cheap. The connection on the tracks have imperfections, it is hard to control the speed/flow of electricity on the cheaply made controlers, and the cars are too light to stay on the track.  When the electricity does flow the cars either fly off the track at the curves (no matter the speed) or stop suddenly at an imperfection which also flips them off the track.
